Buyer Space · Australia · Free experience program
For Australian businesses with a sourcing need in the next 30 to 90 days. Turn one requirement into a Trade Card your supplier works on with you: 19 guided steps from discovery to delivery, evidence attached to every decision, and the commercial decision stays with you.
Free during the experience period · No plan selection · No payment details
Sheet 01 · The job today
The sourcing work most Australian SMEs actually do lives in three places that never talk to each other.
Quotes arrive in different units, currencies and Incoterms. Someone normalises them at 11 pm, and the reasoning is gone by the next round.
The version the supplier quoted against is not the version you approved. The disclosure you did not mean to make is already out.
A listing says capacity 25 t. Nothing shows the audit, the certificate or the person who stands behind it. You cannot tell a claim from a fact.
Sheet 02 · Real interface · sample data
This is the live Buyer Space during step 03, shown with sample data. Nothing here is a mock-up.
Sheet 03 · How a Trade Card moves
Every step names its evidence, its owner and the receipt it creates. You can stop at any stage; the record stays complete.
Set up your company and PIC. Write the demand once, with units labelled.
Suppliers attach capability evidence. Compare on the same sheet, not in your head.
RFQ with a disclosure boundary, quotation, negotiation, contract.
Execution and acceptance with receipts on both sides.
Trust eligibility, correction and reusable evidence for the next job.
Sheet 04 · What Buyer Space does for you
Buyer Space · you
Seller Space · your supplier
Sheet 05 · AI in the margin
Chat and Voice read the active record, prepare analysis and explain evidence. AI is an action mode inside the work. It never takes commercial authority, never signs, never pays.
A supervisor coordinates seven working roles. Each one drafts, checks or explains; a person approves.
Sheet 06 · Trust, stated plainly
Each claim shows where it came from: a document, a person, or “not yet provided”. Missing evidence is written as missing, never hidden.
Every step commits a versioned receipt. You can read what changed, who changed it and when.
Buyer and Seller see the actions their role owns. Nobody can act on your side of the card.
What leaves your company is what you set. The boundary is on the RFQ itself, not in an email.
Sheet 07 · Why the corridor, why now
Market figures are third-party and dated. Bixsourcing publishes no user, supplier or transaction counts during the experience period.
Questions buyers ask first
No. A directory ends at the listing. Bixsourcing starts at your requirement and runs the whole job on one Trade Card: matching, diligence, RFQ, quotation, contract, delivery and outcome, with evidence attached at each step.
It is not allowed to. Every figure on the card points to a source, and anything without a source is marked missing. AI prepares drafts and explanations in the margin; it does not create suppliers, quotes or commitments.
No, and we say so. Suppliers attach their own evidence: certificates, capacity records, references. Bixsourcing keeps that evidence in plain sight and versioned so you can check it. Verification, inspection and audit remain your decision and your partner’s job.
During the experience period it is free: no plan selection and no payment details. Plans will be published before the period ends, and nothing you record now is lost when it does.
Only what you disclose, to the suppliers you disclose it to. The disclosure boundary sits on the RFQ. Your company records stay in Buyer Space; a supplier never sees your side of the card.
Not during the experience period. Payment and settlement happen between you and your supplier through your own channels. Settlement tooling is designed but not switched on, and we will not describe it as live until it is.
Two-week experience program
Create an account, enter Buyer Space and write your first demand record. If the way it holds evidence is not how you want to buy, you have lost an afternoon and nothing else.
